Design Phase
After our initial consultation with you, learning more about your company, gathering your company’s scanned pictures, logo, news clippings, etc., we will begin the design phase of your new web site or database according to your exact specifications. Then we will create a section on our website specifically for your project so you can see the progress online.
You'll See Everything Online First!
To make sure you‘re happy with your new web site and/or database, you can monitor its online progress and we'll document your approval of everything online before we start the production phase of your database. We'll create a "Draft" of each screen, form and report. Each of these drafts will have it's own page on our website.
Your Project Will Be Scheduled
We schedule projects on a first come first serve basis. Once you approve the design and agree on the price then you'll need to send us an initial deposit before we can start work. We place projects on the schedule once we receive the initial deposit. Once scheduled your project will take priority over others who's deposits come in after yours.
Production & Testing
Once you have approved the design we then begin the Production and Testing Phase. This includes writing, verifying or rewriting programming code for buttons and all automated procedures, setting all the properties and options for each screen and report, formatting and masking all fields properly, installing and setting up custom toolbars and packaging it up nicely for you. This also includes testing after final production, before it's sent to you.

We primarily use Microsoft Access because it's the most popular desktop database management system in the world - being used by over 40 million companies like yours worldwide, however we are open to the idea of working with other databases also. We design databases to increase company productivity by finding ways to apply solutions to business challenges. We can integrate many functions within your database. Custom screens, reports, graphs, charts, any kind of data breakdown that you would like.
Support After Delivery
Once installed, your Audit period begins. The Audit period is an opportunity for you to test the database yourself to make sure all is working properly. If you find anything that is not working according to design we'll fix it free of charge. Then, of course we will continue to be available for future improvements you might need to enhance your database. As needed, we can add enhancements to your existing databases that we've created for you. Adding new reports and screens to a well-designed application is quick and simple.
